The facing layer is suitable for paint, ceramic tiles, elastic coating, etc.
Polyurethane hard foam is seamlessly bonded, has strong integrity, and is very firmly bonded to the base surface (concrete, mortar, blocks, steel, glass, etc.).
3. The cover layer has non-cracking, waterproof, impact resistance, and anti-aging properties.
4. The system life can be greater than 25 years.


Construction Technology

(2) The shape of the foam insulation layer formed by spray foaming is consistent with the shape of the base material; it has no seams and has a good thermal insulation effect; there is a dense protective layer on the outside of the foam layer, which can better protect the internal core material and is easy to Perform painting and further renovation of exterior surfaces;
(3) High production efficiency, especially suitable for thermal insulation treatment of large-area, special-shaped objects, fast molding speed, and high production efficiency. The spray-type polyether composite material consists of polyether polyol, foaming agent, catalyst, coaching agent, and flame retardant. , foaming agent, and other components.
(4) Usually the polyether composite material is a light yellow or brown-red viscous transparent liquid, without coagulation, thick matter, or unevenness, and without mechanical impurities.


Construction points
1) The base layer must be smooth (comply with specification requirements). Before spraying, remove loose parts, floating ash, and dirt from the base layer, seal the holes of the feet, and install embedded parts. The base layer must be dry and have a moisture content of ≤8%.
2) Construction is not allowed in strong winds (>Level 4), below 0℃, or when it rains.
3) Before spraying, doors, windows, adjacent walls, pedestrians on the ground, and vehicles must be protected to avoid causing any pollution. Operators must wear protective clothing, protective hats, protective glasses, etc.
4) Spray in layers, each layer shall not exceed 2cm, and the error shall not be greater than ±5mm.
5) The grinding should be fine and smooth, and the error should not be greater than ±2mm.
6) Take safety operation measures to prevent falling from heights and electric shock. Carefully inspect scaffolding tools, lifting equipment, grinding equipment, and spraying equipment. Operators must wear safety belts, safety ropes, and safety helmets, and have full-time safety officers.
