What are the three basic points for inspecting mesh cloth? Some customers still don’t know much about the inspection after ordering FRP mesh cloth. Let me explain this.
The basic method of testing mesh cloth now takes the 160g national standard mesh cloth as an example to illustrate what the national testing standards are.
1. Tensile test
Take 2 samples of 3-meter 160-gram gold pot mesh cloth and place them horizontally on the tensile testing machine. There is a tensile display on the machine. Then turn on the machine to test the tensile force and record the value. Then put the second sample vertically on the tensile testing machine, turn on the machine, and record the value. If the horizontal and vertical tensile force is not less than 1080N and 840N, it means that the tested product is qualified.
2. Detection of grams
Take a 10-meter sample and weigh it on a scale to see if the average weight per meter can be reached. If it reaches the standard, the product is qualified.
3. Appearance requirements
First of all, the mesh must be a regular square, and the mesh size requirement is 4mm*4mm. Then observe whether the mesh cloth has broken warp, short weft, missing warp and weft, cuts and tears, skewed weft, dirt, uneven curling, and debris, which means it is qualified.
