1. The mesh cloth should be added in batches, not all at once;
2. Matters needing attention during the production of mortar anti-cracking mesh cloth: When adding polypropylene fiber, it should be dispersed in cement first, because the fine particles of cement can eliminate the static electricity of the fiber, so that the polypropylene fiber can be dispersed;
3. The mesh cloth should be stirred and mixed evenly, but the stirring time should not be too long, 15 minutes is appropriate, and long-term stirring of sand and cement is easy to precipitate and stratify (special attention should be paid to vertical mixers);
4. The amount of additives for mesh cloth needs to be adjusted according to seasonal changes;
5. The mesh cloth should avoid additives or cement from getting damp and agglomerated;
6. The mesh cloth is strictly prohibited from being mixed, stacked, or used with acidic substances;
7. The mesh cloth is prohibited from being used in construction below 5°C. Low-temperature construction will cause the biggest engineering quality problem, resulting in the non-bonding of the plastering mortar and the insulation board. This is an engineering quality problem with no remedial solution in the later stage.
