As a new type of wall crack-resistant and thermal insulation material, wall fiberglass mesh has been used by many builders and home decorations. Thanks to the benefits of mesh cloth, mesh cloth has become a must-use building material. How can wall mesh be more firmly installed on the wall to protect a house that will be used for many years?
If you want to make the wall mesh stronger, you need to pay attention to many aspects during wall construction:
1. The fiberglass mesh must be cut in a clean and flat place, and the cutting must be accurate. The cut mesh must be rolled up, and folding or stepping on it is not allowed. Make a reinforcement layer at the sun corner of the building. The reinforcement layer should be attached to the innermost side, 150mm on each side. When applying the first coat of polymer mortar, the EPS board surface should be kept dry, and harmful substances or impurities in the board cotton should be removed.
2. A dedicated person is responsible for preparing polymer mortar to ensure the mixing quality. Use a stirrer or other tools to stir the adhesive to avoid separation of the adhesive. Stir appropriately to avoid quality problems.
3. At the four corners of the door and window, after the standard mesh is applied, cover the four corners of the door and window with standard mesh, place it at an angle of 90 degrees to the bisector of the window corner, and stick it on the outermost side for reinforcement; add standard mesh at the inner corners. Cover it with a piece of mesh that is 200mm long and has a standard width suitable for the width of the window, and stick it on the outermost side. Below the first-floor window sill, to prevent damage caused by impact, the reinforced mesh should be installed first, and then the standard mesh should be installed. Strengthen the connection between mesh and cloth.
4. After the protective layer is finally set, spray water for maintenance promptly. When the average day and night temperature is higher than 15°C, it shall not be less than 48 hours, and when the average temperature of day and night is lower than 15°C, it shall not be less than 72 hours. The protective layer cannot be exposed to rain within 4 hours after construction.
