There are two types of mesh cloth for exterior wall painting and plastering: one is mesh cloth weighing more than 100 grams (long life and strong anti-corrosion performance); the other is less than 100 grams (economical, flat mesh, white and shiny). Reasonable material selection is carried out according to the requirements of the region and construction unit. The specifications of glass fiber mesh cloth for painting construction are mostly 5*5, with a wire diameter of 0.4-0.9mm.
Exterior wall insulation mesh cloth is most suitable for construction engineering. With the development of technology and the continuous progress of mankind, people are beginning to feel dissatisfied with the demand for living materials and existing conditions, and the real estate industry has developed rapidly; the use of building exterior wall insulation mesh cloth is becoming more and more widespread.
1. Inspection and quality inspection standards of wall surface
Check whether the wall surface is flat and the verticality of the wall surface must meet the national acceptance standard of 2m ruler-4mm.
Whether there are hollows, cracks, sanding and other phenomena on the wall surface, the plaster layer must reach 15 days, and the dryness sweat is less than 11%.
2. All door and window openings and insulation termination parts should be pasted with a flip net.
The width of the flip net should be determined according to the thickness of the insulation board required for on-site insulation. The width of the net pasted on the wall is greater than 65mm, and the width of the net wrapped on the board is about 100mm. The thrown-out part should be kept clean.
3. Polishing. After the insulation board is completed, the board surface is polished flat. Note: Under the premise of normal temperature.
4. Nail the insulation board. Be careful not to hit the board surface to avoid damage. Rework again. Keep a 90° right angle when drilling to avoid crookedness and keep the depth good.
5. Installation of the grid strip. Before installation, stir the glue and apply it to the groove area. Consider the pasting of the electric welding net. The grid strip should be kept horizontally consistent with the board surface.
6. Lay and paste the mesh cloth. Prepare well. Clean the wall again. Pay attention to pasting and laying the mesh cloth from top to bottom. After laying, check whether the exterior wall insulation layer is regular and whether the doors and windows are vertical.
