It is an irreplaceable reinforcing material in glass fiber reinforced cement products (GRC).
Alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh is the base material of glass fiber reinforced cement (GRC). With the deepening of wall reform and economic development, GRC has been widely used for various purposes such as internal and external wall panels, insulation boards, air duct boards, garden sketches and art sculptures, civil engineering, etc. It can produce some products and components that are difficult or incomparable with reinforced concrete. It can be used in non-load-bearing, non-essential load-bearing, semi-load-bearing construction components, decoration parts, agricultural and animal husbandry equipment, etc.
Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh uses medium-alkali and alkali-free fiberglass mesh as the base material and is processed with acrylic copolymer glue. The mesh has high strength, superior alkali resistance, and acid resistance. It has strong bonding with resin, is easily soluble in styrene, and has excellent stiffness and positioning. It is mainly used as a reinforcing material for cement, plastics, asphalt, roofs, and walls. Mainly used for GRC pre-laying, modification, or mechanized forming, especially suitable for on-site construction of exterior wall insulation projects.
