1. After applying the surface glue, tighten the alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh cloth in the horizontal direction. Use a trowel to smooth the mesh cloth from the middle to the upper and lower sides and press it into the wet cement slurry; from top to bottom, Lay mesh cloth around the outer wall; when encountering door and window openings, a piece of standard mesh cloth should be subsidized at 45 degrees at the four corners of the opening to prevent cracking.
2. The left and right overlap width of the mesh cloth is 150mm, and the upper and lower overlap width is 100mm. A 400mm mesh cloth needs to be partially added at the sun corner. The mesh at all closing points must be compacted back through the outside corners.
3. When the first layer of glue is slightly dry and hard enough to touch, use a trowel to apply the second layer of glue about 3mm until the alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh is completely covered. The first-floor walls, recessed balconies, and terraces should be covered with a layer of mesh cloth in addition to the plastering mortar, and this should be done before the mortar solidifies, and then a layer of 2mm thick surface layer of plastering mortar should be applied.
4. When constructing expansion joints, first pop up the expansion joint position line at the base layer. When the construction is in place, turn over the mesh cloth, fill the bottom layer with foam plastic, use a foamed polyethylene round rod in the middle, and use the sealing paste on the outermost layer. Caulking and sealing paste inlay dense and full insulation system construction at door and window openings.
For polystyrene boards at the corners of door and window openings, the holes should be cut from a single piece of polystyrene board, and broken (small) pieces should not be used for splicing. When laying mesh cloth, a piece of standard mesh cloth should be patched at the four corners of the hole in a 45-degree direction. Tape to prevent corners from cracking.
