Fiberglass mesh products sometimes experience clogging, that is, the holes of the product are blocked. What we are talking about here is what happens before use.
The plugging phenomenon mainly occurs when an alkali-resistant emulsion is applied, because the alkali-resistant emulsion itself has good adhesion.
There are two situations here:
1. The amount of alkali-resistant emulsion is too much. The alkali-resistant emulsion is a product used by fiberglass mesh cloth to shape the holes. Therefore, some customers will ask for more alkali-resistant emulsion to increase the styling effect. In this case, blockage will easily occur. hole;
2. The gluing time of the product is not well controlled. The longer the blank passes through the gluing tank and the slower the speed, the easier it is to block holes.
