1. Mesh
Mesh is woven from medium-alkali or alkali-free glass fiber yarn and coated with an alkali-resistant polymer emulsion. Mesh products include: alkali-resistant GRC fiberglass mesh, alkali-resistant wall mesh, stone mesh, and marble-backed mesh.
Main Applications:
1) Wall reinforcement materials (such as fiberglass wall mesh, GRC wall panels, EPS interior and exterior wall insulation boards, gypsum board, etc.);
2) Reinforcement of cement products (such as Roman columns and flues);
3) Mesh for granite and mosaic tiles, marble-backed mesh;
4) Waterproofing rolls and asphalt roofing waterproofing;
5) Reinforcement of the skeleton of plastic and rubber products.
6) Fireproof board.
7) Grinding wheel base fabric.
8) Geogrid for highway pavement.
9) Construction caulking tape, etc.
2. Alkali-Resistant Products
Mesh fabric is made from medium-alkali or alkali-free glass fiber woven fabric, treated with an alkali-resistant coating. This product offers high strength and excellent alkali resistance, playing a crucial structural role in insulation systems, primarily preventing cracks. Its excellent resistance to corrosion from acids, alkalis, and other chemicals, as well as its high tensile strength in both the warp and weft directions, evenly distributes stress within the exterior wall insulation system, preventing deformation of the entire insulation structure caused by external impacts and compression. This provides the insulation layer with high impact resistance, eases installation, and facilitates quality control, acting as a "soft reinforcement" within the insulation system.
