Glass fiber gridding cloth is made of glass fiber woven fabric as the base material and coated with high molecular anti lotion. As a result, it has good alkali resistance, flexibility, and high tensile strength in the longitudinal and latitudinal directions, and can be widely used for insulation, waterproofing, crack resistance, and other purposes on the interior and exterior walls of buildings. Glass fiber mesh fabric is mainly made of alkali resistant glass fiber mesh fabric, which is made of medium alkali free glass fiber yarn (mainly composed of silicates, with good chemical stability) twisted and woven with a special organizational structure - gauze weave, and then subjected to high-temperature heat setting treatment such as alkali resistance and reinforcing agents.
Fiberglass mesh cloth is mainly used in wall reinforcement materials, such as fiberglass wall mesh cloth, GRC wall panels, EPS inner and outer wall insulation boards, gypsum boards, waterproof roll cloth, asphalt roof waterproofing, fireproof boards, building joint tapes, and so on.
The construction method of fiberglass mesh cloth:
1. A dedicated person must be responsible for preparing polymer mortar to ensure the quality of mixing.
2. Rotate the lid counterclockwise to open it, and use a mixer or other tool to stir the adhesive again to avoid separation. Stir moderately to avoid quality problems.
3. The mix ratio of polymer mortar is: KL binder: 425 # sulfoaluminate cement: sand (with 18 mesh sieve bottom):=1:1.88:3.25 (weight ratio).
4. The cement and sand shall be poured into the iron ash tank for mixing after being weighed in the dosage bucket. After mixing evenly, the binder shall be added according to the mix proportion for mixing. The mixing must be even to avoid segregation and Congee. Water can be added appropriately based on workability.
5. Water is used for concrete.
6. Polymer mortar should be prepared as needed, and the prepared polymer mortar should be used up within 1 hour. Polymer mortar should be stored in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight exposure.
7. Cut the mesh from the entire roll of fiberglass mesh according to the required length and width in advance, leaving the necessary overlap length or overlapping length.
8. Cut it in a clean and flat place, and the cutting must be accurate. The cut mesh must be rolled up, not folded, and not stepped on.
9. A reinforcement layer should be added at the external corners of the building, and the reinforcement layer should be attached to the inner side, 150mm on each side.
10. When applying polymer mortar, the EPS board surface should be kept dry to remove harmful substances or impurities from the board cotton.
11. Scrape a layer of polymer mortar on the surface of the polystyrene board, with a scraping area slightly larger than the length or width of the mesh cloth, and a consistent thickness of about 2mm. Except for those with edge wrapping requirements, polymer mortar is not allowed to be applied to the side of the polystyrene board.
12. After scraping the polymer mortar, the grid should be arranged on top of it, with the curved surface of the grid facing the wall. The grid should be smoothed from the center to the periphery so that the grid is embedded in the polymer mortar. The grid should not be wrinkled. After the surface is dry, a layer of polymer mortar with a thickness of 1.0mm should be applied on top, and the grid should not be exposed.
13. The overlapping length around the mesh cloth shall not be less than 70mm. At the cut part, a supplementary mesh should be used for overlapping, and the overlapping length shall not be less than 70mm.
14. A reinforcement layer should be applied around the door and window frames, with the reinforcement layer mesh cloth pasted on the inner side. If the distance between the outer skin of the door and window frames and the surface of the base wall is greater than 50mm, the mesh cloth should be pasted on the base wall. If it is less than 50mm, it needs to be folded. The mesh cloth laid on the large wall should be embedded on the outside of the door and window frames and firmly adhered.
15. At the four corners of the door and window, after the standard mesh is applied, a 200mm × 300mm standard mesh is added to the four corners of the door and window, placed at a 90 degree angle to the window angle bisector, and pasted on the outside to strengthen it; Add a 200mm long mesh with a width suitable for the width standard of the window sill at the shaded corner and stick it on the outside.
16. Below the window sill, to prevent damage caused by impact, reinforced mesh fabric should be installed first, followed by standard mesh fabric. Strengthen the connection of grid cloth.
17. The construction method for installing reinforcement layers is the same as that for standard mesh fabrics.
18. The mesh cloth pasted on the wall should cover the folded mesh cloth.
19. Grid cloth is applied from top to bottom, and during synchronous construction, reinforced grid cloth is applied first, followed by standard grid cloth.
20. After the mesh cloth is glued, it should be prevented from being washed away or impacted by rainwater. Protective measures should be taken for easily collided corners, doors, and windows, and anti pollution measures should be taken for the feeding port. Surface damage or pollution must be dealt with immediately.
21. The protective layer should not be exposed to rain within 4 hours after construction.
After the final setting of the protective layer, water should be sprayed for curing in a timely manner. When the average temperature is above 15 ℃ day and night, it should not be less than 48 hours, and when it is below 15 ℃, it should not be less than 72 hours.
