(1) The thermal insulation grid cloth should be constructed according to the thickness of the ash cake and punching ribs prepared in advance on the wall. The thickness of the thermal insulation grid cloth should not exceed 15mm per pass, and a total of 2 coats should be applied to prevent the surface layer from shrinking and cracking once it is too thick. 24 hours after the completion of the first pass (non-rainy days), apply for the second pass, and the anti-cracking mortar and pasted grid cloth can only be applied 5 days after the completion of the second pass.
(2) When constructing the thermal insulation mesh layer, it should be from top to bottom, from left to right, and the principle of edges and corners first. When the insulation layer is wiped again, the insulation slurry is slightly thicker than the ash cake or the punching ribs, so as not to use a scraper to scrape it flat at one time. Remove the bottom surface from the bonding layer and crack, wait until the surface layer is dry to the touch and there is no watermark, polish it with a wooden trowel, smooth it and grind it firmly, and pull out the hair lines.
(3) When applying the insulation layer, since the window frame is not installed, the insulation layer must be temporarily removed from the side of the window opening, and the insulation layer on the side of the window opening will be repaired and completed after the window frame is installed.
Construction of anti-seepage and anti-crack mortar and mesh cloth
(1) The anti-crack protective layer can only be constructed 5 days after the completion of the insulation layer.
(2) The grid cloth is cut according to the actual size of the site, and the edge of the mesh cloth should be cut off. The length of a single grid cloth shall not exceed 6m.
(3) The total thickness of the anti-cracking mortar is about 4mm, and the thickness of the first layer of anti-seepage and anti-cracking mortar is 2mm. After a certain width is applied, the mesh cloth is immediately applied while it is wet, and the mesh cloth is flattened on the anti-cracking mortar with a mud board On the other hand, the width of the overlap between the mesh cloth should not be less than 100mm. Press it into one side first, apply some anti-cracking mortar, and then press it into the other side. Dry lapping is strictly prohibited. The overlapping joints should be flat and not pressed too deep, it is advisable to see the mesh cloth slightly. The grid cloth should be laid flat, without wrinkles, and the fullness of the mortar should be 100%. After the grid cloth is completely laid, do a second layer of anti-cracking mortar with a thickness of 2mm. The thickness of the second layer of anti-cracking mortar should be completely contained by the grid cloth in the mortar to prevent the mesh cloth from being exposed.
(4) Leave the overlapping length of the anti-cracking layer grid cloth on the side of the window opening. After installing the window frame, repair the anti-cracking layer on the side of the window opening and complete the lapping of the grid cloth.
