3. Polystyrene particle insulation mortar. The waste polystyrene plastic is processed and broken into 0.5-4 mm particles, which are used as light aggregates to prepare thermal insulation mortar with porous orifice plates. This method includes a thermal insulation layer, anti-crack protection layer, and anti-seepage protection surface layer. The construction technology is simple, which can reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency, and is not affected by the difference in structural quality. 4. The polystyrene board and the wall are cast at one time. In the concrete frame system, the polystyrene board is built into the building formwork, and concrete is poured on the outside of the wall to be poured, and the concrete and the polystyrene board are poured into a composite wall at one time.
5. External wall insulation coating. There are mainly ceramic thermal insulation coatings, hydrophobic silicic acid thermal insulation coatings, rubber powder polystyrene particle external wall thermal insulation coatings, etc.
6. Filling and heat preservation of hollow bricks. The cavities of these hollow bricks account for about 40% of the total volume of the bricks. Most of the bricks are made of silicate materials. Polyurethane is poured into the cavities to strengthen the overall structure and greatly increase the heat insulation effect.
7. Exterior wall cladding. Apply a special polyurethane adhesive with good hydrolysis resistance and good stability on the dry outer wall, stick the pre-cut polyurethane board on the outer wall, apply the adhesive on the outer surface of the polyurethane stainless steel sieve plate, and attach the mesh Paste the grid cloth, and then apply polymer cement after it is cured, and finally decorate its outer surface.
