Fiberglass tape is a tool for repairing dry board walls and gypsum board joints, characterized by excellent alkali resistance and durability.
Folding purpose
Repair dry board walls, gypsum board joints, cracks in various walls, and other wall surface damages.
Folding main performance
Excellent alkali resistance, durability: high tensile strength and deformation resistance, anti crack: no deterioration, no foam: excellent
Viscosity, insulation, and thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance.
No need for pre coating, quick to use, and easy to apply.
Specification: 8 × 8.9 × 9 mesh/inch: 55-85 grams/square meter.
Width: 25-1000 millimeters; Length: 10-153 meters.
Usage Introduction
Folding construction method
1. Keep the wall clean and dry.
2. Apply tape to the crack and press it tightly.
3. Confirm that the gap has been covered with tape, then cut off the excess tape with a knife, and finally brush it with mortar.
4. Let it air dry naturally, then gently polish it.
5. Fill enough paint to make its surface smooth.
6. Cut off the leaked tape. Then, note that all cracks have been properly repaired, and use fine composite materials to decorate the area around the repair to make it as smooth as new.
Folding National Standard
The current national standard for external wall insulation technology (JG149-2003): The tensile strength of fiberglass mesh in the warp and weft directions shall not be less than 750N/50mm, and the retention rate of alkali tensile strength of glass fiber adhesive tape shall not be less than 50%, with a weight of ≥ 130 grams per square meter. The tensile strength of JG158-2004 fiberglass mesh in both warp and weft directions shall not be less than 1250N/50 mm, and the retention rate of alkali tensile strength shall not be less than 90%. The weight per square meter shall be ≥ 160 grams.
